I've had a problem with my sony wh-ch700n headphones ever since the latest firmware 4.2 0 update, the Bluetooth connection randomly cuts off during phone calls and the battery notifications pop up on my phone every 5 seconds.

Has anyone encountered the same problem and is there a way to fix this

Can you try resetting the headset, which should resolve these issues. You can see how to perform this here.
