My 4000K headphones have started to cut out after a few minutes. The green light on the earpiece goes off as though the headband switch mechanism has switched the audio off. The audio is restored if, whilst still wearing the headphones, I ease the headband in a little and then release it. The headphones appear the be charging OK. It seems that there may be a fault in the headband switch. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Message was edited by: Stuartpen

Message was edited by: Stuartpen

Message was edited by: Stuartpen

Message was edited by: Stuartpen

Message was edited by: Stuartpen

Message was edited by: Stuartpen

I have the same problem. Started after half a year without any problems.

But I'm not sure it has to do with the headband switch (but I wouldn't rule it out). It happens quite randomly, but I think most of the times it's when audio volume goes down (not sure). Sometimes I just hear a short cracking in the audio without switching off.
