I have been having problems for about a week .I followed all the instructions and still nothing it won.t turn on at all and when I go through all the procedures to set up pairing it still won’t do anything. All I hear is turning off . I have held the start button in for two seconds and it turns blue then the blue light goes off .I have held it in for seven seconds and nothing . I have tried NFC reader it picks up but does nothing else I’m at my wits end .With one button there’s no way to reset it All I Hear is turning off. I have paired other things with my iPhone 8 Plus so its not my phone..
