Hi @dazza2969 and welcome to the Community

Sorry to hear you're A15 got wet 😞

Did you try to power it on? (If not then don't)

Did you remove the battery straight away?

This can apparently sometimes help.

Check if the unit is totally dry before attempting to power on.

If you still have no luck then you could try contacting supporton

thanks for info, did turn on screen blank then off. have just taken delivery of new NW A45R. its for my daughter who is autistic and loves her music, think i will phone support see if i can get A15 repaired before recycling again thinks for the advice
