MDR-1000X won’t turn on?

Hi,

I have a pair of MDR-1000X headphones which won’t turn on and when I try to charge them via the supplied usb cable using a pc the red light flashes?, I have a feeling it’s a battery issue if so can this be replaced?

Hi @Spulsar,

it could be that the USB port of your PC you are trying to use to charge the headphones outputs unsufficient power to charge the headphones.

Have you tried using a phone charger instead?
