MDR-100ABN Charging Question

Hello,

I'd like to know if this is normral:

When I connect my headphones after a while to my computer for charging, the red led is on constantly, which means the headphones are getting charged.

After a couple of minutes I have disconnected the headphones, and connected them again. Now, the red led went on, and then off after a second. So it doesn't seem like to charge at this point, although if I'd leave it connected before it would still be charging.

Is this normal?

Hi @gilsho and welcome to the community

I don't have that model but I know my Sony wireless headphones do the same thing at times.

I always assumed they had charged enough or had mysteriously charged faster

Have yours run out of power quicker than anticipated?

Hmmmm, not really. The power looks good. If you're saying that you encounter the same "problem" I guess it is not a problem at all. Maybe Sony don't want us to charge the battery in short intervals... I don't know.
