Hi, when i get a phone call people can't hear me well, they hear the other people around me bättre. Is any button i have to use when i get a phone call?

Does this happen alot? Are there any particular circumstances when it happens, eg in a crowd?

I am facing the same in my office, people cannot hear me - at least as long as by co-workers are talking as well.

Have you both tried a reset on your headphones in case that helps rectify the problem?

I have re-started mine as couple of times as per instructions.

Does not help for me.

I guess that there is a HW-issue on some units.

My headphones are unusable for calls unless it is quiet around me.
