NW-ZX2 playlists delete

Hi folks,

Thanks in advance for any help with this. I have an NW-ZX2. I keep losing the playlists. The tracks stay, nothing is lost except the playlists and even then it isn't all of them all the time. It seems to happen when I re-charge and I think that it's when I recharge without my PC. I have to connect to my PC and Sonymedia to recover them.

Any clues on this?

This gets no better.

As a test I recharged the device as I would my mobile or my iPod. My most recently used playlist was emptied. I reinstated it by going back to my PC andusing Sony Media.

This is a mobile device and an expensive one at that. I expect to be able to recharge anywhere and certainly without loss of information.

I'd be grateful of any advice here.

Meanwhile, any chance of Sony having a proper helpline?

If not then,in future, then maybe Astell and Kern here I come.
