Intermittent issues with an SRS X5 Bluetooth speaker

My SRS X5 often won't charge (No light on the unit) however, i know the charger is working as I have tested it.

When this happens, the unit won't even power up - even if plugged in?

Sometimes, if you press the reset button a coupld of times, the unit will power up and begin to charge. Sometimes, it just works as normal.

Is this likely to be a faulty battery, a faulty power button or a combination of both?

I should add, when it does begin to charge, it only does so for a short amount of time.

If it is the battery, does anyone know the replacement part number?
