topic MDR-XB70BT Sound Deterioration in Portable Audio

Confused why when I 1st use these earbuds with my Samsung Galaxy S7 the sound is rich in bass and treble and powerful but after a while the sound becomes quieter with not much bass, treble or power. Have tried a couple of units and ran into the same problem. Sometimes factory resetting my phone temporarily fixes the problem.
