Hello, please may I ask for some help, I am having trouble deleting audiio books, I have ask you for help before and you told me to down load MediaGo which I did, I am attaching my Sony NWZ-E585 to my computer clicking mediago and clicking top left hand side in mediago on the words Sony NWZ-E585 and the clicking on book I wish to delete, it does delete on the computer screen but when I went back on my sony NWZ-E585 I can still see 3 folders that have books in I have already deleted, am I doing something wrong. can you please help. Hi there

I have escalated your post to Sony Support for them to investigate and contact you back. To be honest, as far as im aware, you should be able to delete these files perminantly via Media Go or by other methods and I dont know why you are having so much trouble in doing so.

Please ensure your contact details are correct in your profile settings

I am very grateful for any help, I'm please you have escalated my post to Sony . I don't know if you can pass this message on but I will send it anyway as I think it may help to find out what the problem is.

After I deleted my audio books 3 in all, through MediaGo my screen showed that they had been deleted, after I had done this I closed everything down before I took my Sony from my computer, making sure I did it right, but after I turned my sony back on, I could still see the audio books still there, there are 3 folders with the name of audio books, but when I looked into the folder there was nothing in it, I cannot find a way to delete these folders no matter what I do, I have tried to reload the audio books again making sure they are same titles and deleted them again through MediaGo, again they have done the same thing, I still have 3 folders the same titles of the audio books.
