when using my usb for first time and downloading the software for my NWZ-E585 I'm not sure if it loaded right, also I don't have explorer as my default, if I delete the program and load it again, do I have to use explorer? is there a link to this software so I can download direct for my NWZ-E585

Also I am confused about the media go where do I find it.
