Sony walkman NWZ-E585

I purchased my Sony NWZ-E585 Walkman on the 2nd December 2016 from Currys, I love this Sony but I have a problem trying to find out how to delete anything I have downloaded, there are 2 Audio books I wish to delete, I have tried everything I know and I can't delete them, there is no delete button, so is there anyone out there that can help me please.

Hi there

Have you tried connecting the walkman to your computer and either using the "Media Go" software or Windows Explorer to delete the files.

Hello thank you for getting back to me, I cannot find media Go, I've looked every where for it and just can't find it can you advise please where I need to look for it. I have never used a walkman before, I downloaded the information when I connected it to my windows computer and it put a small blue icon on my desk top, can you please advise me if it is in that, sorry feel a bit silly asking you this but new to this. I'
