Does anybody know how to stop this incar sound system from prompting me to 'open app' every time it turns on? I don't find the app very useful for an incar stereo and would rather not have to skip past this step every time I use it. Thanks

Hi there

I am assuming that you are referring to the SongPal app?

A couple of suggestions:

Try removing the MEX-N4100BT from the SongPal app
Unpair the phone/device from the MEX-N4100BT and see if that has any effect.
According to Sony's FAQ - HERE - Ensure you have the latest firmware installed. See HERE

Other than that, im not too sure on what else to suggest. A quick search on Google indicates this is an annoyance for others too.
