Is it probable that these MDR-EX650s are fake?

MDR-EX650s are normally about £40 in the UK. However, there are several eBay sellers from China offering them for between £25 and £30, including shipping.

Here are the images of the packaging:

Is it normal for Chinese sellers to be able to get their hands on headphones for far less money than UK sellers, or is the fact that they're so much cheaper a big red flag?

And, although I'm aware most people here probably can't speak Chinese, would you say the packaging looks legitimate at least? The big pink "New" sticker is throwing me off a bit, but it's possible that was simply added by the seller themselves.

Well it's usual that Sony products are cheaper in Asia than in Europe

That package looks legit, but usually in Asia (except Japan) box have hologram logo seal
