Setup.exe not on walkman

Hi there,

I just got a sony NWZ-S765 and I tried to load the bundle software but 'setup.exe' does not seem to be present on the Walkman. Any help?

Also when connected to my laptop it shows 'Connected USB (MTP). The player cannot be operated'. Is this a problem?

I have exactly the same problem as you atleast concerning the lack of Setup.exe anyway.

Pas de setup.exe évident à trouver sur un NWZ-E585 au moment de la première utilisation et donc "The player cannot be operated". Je m'aperçois que le problème ne semble pas être nouveau mais je ne connais pas la réponse donnée à mes prédécesseurs

Did you try the solution of downloading media go posted in one of the threads above?

Have you tried resetting your walkman?
