However a couple things that I've noticed that I hope people may be able to help me with.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><OL><LI>The side control buttons, sometimes they work and other times they don't. Is this a glitch in the software? There's no real pattern as to when it does and doesn't respond.</LI></OL><P>&nbsp;</P><OL><LI>is there a way of recording the play count on the player so that I can see what are the most popular songs. Also, if so, is it also possible to create a top 25 playlist.
