Transferring Files to Walkman

I have used a Walkman NWZ-E580 for years, and decided to replace it with a NWZ-A15 and micro SD card to get more memory. However, when I try to add my albums from Media Go, all the track information has goes into the 'Song' space on the Walkman: track number, title, album and artist. Meanwhile, both Artist and Album categories show as 'Unknown' for all the tracks. All my songs are now listed under track number, with no album or artist information to browse! Obviously this makes my music impossible to navigate.

It happens whether I add my music to the card, or to the system storage. I had no problems when adding these files to my old Walkman. Do I need to convert the files somehow, or is there something wrong with the software of my new Walkman?
