hi i cant get these 2 charge i have done everything in the troubleshooting guide / any one got any ideas on what else to do

I have the same problem - I purchased the headphones yesterday and just came to charge them for the first time. I plug them into my PC , which makes a sound to indicate a new device is detected. It then makes a sound as if the device is being unplugged, and repeats this process alternating between detecting the device and not. At no stage does the light come on to indicate that it's being charged.

I've tried plugging them into a Blackberry charger and the charging ligght comes on just fine - is it ok to use that instead?
