But for the warranty claim i think you will need to contact Sony so they can give you the correct details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>WF-C500 left ear bud not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had these for a few months now and the left earbud only works when pressed in the right angle, I've tried all troubleshooting and restarting and initialising, I have a valid warranty how do I get it replaced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
