Sony Inzone buds Mode problem

Hello! Yesterday I bought Sony Inzone Buds everything is great. However, there is one confusion.
I made all the updates.

Everywhere users tell to turn on the "Game" mode on the system, and for everyone the "Chat" mode sounds much worse than the game mode.

But for me it’s the other way around - Chat sounds crystal clear, but "game" sounds like $10 headphones.

Although in Chat mode there is no such 3D sound as in game mode. What can be done? I'm afraid they may not work as intended. I also tried to do factory reset. And test it on 2 PC

I tried to reset both the receiver and headphones to factory settings. It feels like the modes are mixed up. The game Mode is very quiet, but the chat Mode is loud.
