&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you tried to reset the headphones did the indicator light flash&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;blue 4 times at the end to confirm the reset has been completed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also have you tried a different cable?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the reset was completed and the cable isn't an issue then its probably best you contact Sony Sony Support about this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>wh1000 xm4 not charging</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a pair of wh1000 xm4 headphones that i have had for just over 6 months but when i try to charge them the red light comes on for about 5 seconds before going off. I have tried reinitialising headphones but it didnt change anything. anyone know if and how i could fix this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
