Foam keeps going deeply into nozzle (wf-1000XM4)

I keep having to use a pin to pull the foam up out of the nozzle on 1 bud. Anyone have this problem?

Hey @Phil2022, are you referring to the eartips? If yes then a new pair is required I'm afraid 😞 Contact Sony reps directly to provide you with the part number

Yes but why would you want the sony tips, especially if you can't get hold of them easily and when there's are lots of cheaper and better alternatives?

I'd personally prefer the original headphones tips, any third party tips are not guaranteed 😞

Sorry no,, the tiny bit of foam thats in the nozzles that stops dirt etc going in the buds

Hey Phil2022, are you talking about a part that is not supposed to come off from the bud? Like a thin layer that covers the bud itself and if you took the ear tips off it doesn't come off? (I don't have this model) If yes, I'd contact Sony to make sure that this won't damage the buds and what to do to replace it. If it's attached to the tip itself, then changing it should do the trick.
