      <title>WF-1000 XM4 Right Earbud Battery Drain</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having an issue with right earbud and severe battery drain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It may reduce from fully charged to 20% (with low battery notification) within 1 hour of use. Left earbud would still show 80+%.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If I put back in case it may jump by 20% straight away. Something is not right.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am on latest software and have reset both earbuds - but issue persists.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;They are still within warranty but I wondered if anyone had experienced similar and may have suggestions before I request a replacement?!?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes and you've &lt;A href="https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wf1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP1000428697.html" target="_blank"&gt;initialized &lt;/A&gt;the headphones already and it still draining quickly, that seems to be a hardware issue I'm afraid &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; Try reaching out to the Sony support reps directly to arrange a repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
