Well, I have a similar but earlier model (MK1) but I find them very comfortable and also battery time is very good from my perspective. Also I know many others with e.g. MK3 and MK4 which are really happy with them. So it's a bit difficult to help if there isn't any specific issue.

P.S. It is normal, that battery life goes down if you're using all the features. Battery life is always indicated under best conditions.

I'm confused as to what the issue is, but it seems related to battery from the 2nd post.

I'd recommend doing a battery calibration (charging from 0 to 100% then depleting completely back to 0% a couple of times).
