Sony NW A55 no sound control when Bluetooth connected

When I connect Bluetooth to my portable speaker (W-King) the volume option is not present. I’ve tried all the settings/ protocols but I can’t change the volume. BTW minimum is too loud and even reducing volume before connecting Bluetooth is still too loud for me.

What’s going on?

Hi,

Probably the speaker doesn't support volume control via BT or there's a communication issue between both devices.

I would check if both devices are running the latest firmware.
