I read it can eat away at the battery very quickly so disabling it may help a bit

Hey guys! Ive been experiencing this issue for a while and im lost. I own them for 1.5 years but this is weird. My battery life rn is about an hour- 1.5 hours of using, no ANC at all, dsee hx on, and its been like this since the 3.0.0 update from the app. It's a nightmare, and I can't use them without being notified 40 minutes into using that my battery is low. I've tried factory reset and it didnt benefit anything. I looked online and other experience it too ever since the update. Please help me figure it out. Thanks

Same with me. I don't use equalisator but use dsee hx. Now battery time is about 2hrs. It used to be lot longer (at least 3-4 hour).

They seem to have added a note regarding the battery life for 3.0.0 and above.

That said though, have you tried updating to the latest one and then cycling the battery a few times or resetting the headphones?

- JD

I have had these earbuds for also 1,5 years now.

Left side earbuds battery life was already 0,5 hours after 1 year.

Now i finally tried everything possible (reset, taking everything off that might use more batteries), but now the left side battery life is 10 mins and after that it shuts down without any warning.

Hi MrTimmyyh, are you using the original cable? Do you leave it long enough to charge?
