Newbie question here. The earphones work great when connected with bluetooth and have amazing sound on both ears. However, when I connect via audio cable only the left ear plays sound. Is this a bug or a feature?

are you using the original cable?

Is it properly plugged in on both ends?

What playback device do you use.

Yes, I'm using the original cables and tried with my Android mobile phone as well as the laptop. Both devices have the same effect.

Hello @AstridK,

if it just were the phone I would say you have selected "mono" audio by accident, but since it happens on both devices, that is weird.

Do you have stereo audio with other headphones?

Did you check there is no dirt (like pocket lint) in the audio jack on the headphones/playback device which prevents the cable from making good contact?

Do you have stereo audio when you use them wirelessly? If so, it could be that the included cable is broken.
