      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi There,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My left earbud has suddenly stopped working. The red light is on/flickers when in the charge case, but when taken out, nothing, and can't connect. The right earbud is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Much Appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the Reply!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, I've tried that with no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This left earbud is now not even lighting up at all.. must be broken, I am out of warranty also, not sure if it could be salvaged.. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
