Hello!

Just bought a LG 43UN74007LB TV which should be able to work with headphones via bluetooth. But I can't connect it to my WH-1000XM3. LG support says my headphones must have the A2DP bluetooth profile - but as far as I know that is the case. Anybody any hints on that? Thanks a lot!

Hi Herbert,

Yes, the 1000XM3 do support the A2DP protocol.

Are they been recognized by the TV? Maybe you've chosen the wrong profile while trying to pair them with your TV.
