I just love it. You have directed him to the very support page that is designed to be a loop of confusion, as you cannot report controller drift there. I have tried.

I’m looking for a contact number to discuss sending my ps5 dualsense controller for repair. It’s still under warranty and at £60 a throw I’m not keen on just writing it off. Unfortunately, after investigating, it appears these controllers seemed designed to fail quickly and the service to register for repair designed to make it impossible to actually do so. Bad enough being charged for shipping for a product within warranty that’s been designed to fail, but disgraceful to make getting same replaced so difficult! Very disappointed in Sony, though from reviews I’ve read in the interim, I apparently shouldn’t b surprised. They should change the PlayStation tag line to “For the money”!
