Why am I getting email "Now available to download" when I already unsubscribed

I unsubscribed from Sony Pictures Games several months ago but today, out of the blue, I got an email

"Now Available to Download on the App Store and Google Play" regarding Shark Tank Tycoon.

So, I clicked on unsubscribe and it tells me 'looks like you already unsubscribed'

Do Sony not know what 'unsubscribe' means ? I don't want any emails from you.

That's bizarre, have you tried checking your Sony account settings in case there was a different type of email that is still enabled?

Thanks for your response. I'm not sure where I need to log on to check this. I think it's probably a different logon

than the Sony Community ?

Hi @trevorrg22

If the service is Sony Pictures / Games, I don't think it's related to this community, but you should be able to find an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.
