XAV-AX3005DB - USB device not supported

In the past few days I have been getting USB device not supported on my AX3005DB receiver, even though nothing is connected to it.

I have tried looking online for further help, even tried to update the firmware to 1.24 but unable as "USB device not supported"

Has anyone have any suggestions?

Only my phone has been used to connect to the unit via the USB and has not been modified at all.
