Hello do anyone can help me solve the problem. The light is blinking red constantly. I have new charger, new battery and new cmos battery replace. When I remove the charger the laptop shut down. I am running VAIO care Rescue. I have run bio still remain the same

So basically what you're saying is that the battery doesn't hold any charge and you can only use the laptop when connected to the power mains using the charger. would that be accurate?

Yes that exactly what I am saying and also I can’t get the laptop run
normal window either I am getting blinking red flash light.

I don’t know what the issue is when I boot to safe mode and it won’t load
window normal.

This means that the battery is faulty and from the picture attached, I believe the hard disk may have failed as well as the BIOS reports "Hard Disk Drive: None". I recommend getting the laptop inspected using this link: https://locator.sony/en_GB/servicecenters/
