Ringtone problem

When someone calls my phone is just vibrating there is no sound, i tried to change the ringtone and restart the phone but its useless.

The phone was ringing normally until the last update then the sound is gone.

Does this only affect Ringtone? or is this related to all media, music message tone etc?

Hi it only effects Ringtone, I booted on safe mode and the phone was ringing normally.

I am using the same apps before the last update, tried to delete some apps but still facing the same problem.

I have the same problem. My phone was working fine since I bought it last November until I updated to 5.1.1 last week. Now my phone only rings for the first few calls and then it does not ring at all. I tried removing many apps but the problem is still there.

I am amazed that after all this time, there isn't a fix or even an acknowledgment from Sony about this issue.
