Xperia keyboard stopped working

After switching off my Xperia Z3 from charging.. My keyboard started giving message..Unfortunately XPERIA keyboard has stopped working. Only thing i cud do was click Ok and it repeatedly showed up untill i restarted.

Discussion Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines

Try clearing the data for the app.

Menu > Settings > apps > All > Xperia Keyboard > Clear Data

This should help clear any bad data.

Hi all

This is Gayatri here and i am using sony xperia e3 dual model.

Recently i got my mobile rooted and after that i am seeing xperia keyboard has stopped working

It worked fine for 1 week and then after a software updates this is not working.

Tried to clear the data of the keyboard app but is of no use

also tried to repair the phone software by using Sony PC Companion 2.1 that also didnt work

Can sumone help me on this

My Sony Xperia Z2 keyboard not responding to touch. In fact middle vertical section of entire phone is not responding to touch. Kindly help.

when i reset my phone i cant make the keyboard to appear..

and when i go to apps to delete data of xperia keyboard .. there is no xperia keyboard..

what do i do??

I have a Sony Experia E3 and get the same error message "keyboard stoped working".

Does anyone know what to do?

I have reset the phone to 'original manufacture settings'.
