    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1268669"&gt;@marvoa&lt;/A&gt;, sorry to hear about this. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.no/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm afraid that we do not have any program or tool that allows you to remove a screen lock that you can't remember without deleting the data stored on the internal storage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The only two options that we have is either to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103057" target="_self"&gt;perform a software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; or erase the device remotely, using Google's service called &lt;A href="https://www.google.com/android/find?u=0" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Find My Device&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What kind of data do you need access to? If you have used the Google Photo backup, you can find your photos on the link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://photos.google.com" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;photos.google.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1268691"&gt;@swirlyhz&lt;/A&gt;, yeah GDPR surely doesn't help either, even if there was a possibility that I'm not aware off.       <description>&lt;P&gt;So a long time ago my phone got run over by a car, unlucky for me.&lt;BR /&gt;Finally got it repaired, can't remember lock screen, the classic.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However in my case, I CANNOT lose my data.&lt;BR /&gt;Willing to send my phone to Sony itself&lt;BR /&gt;Willing to spend money&lt;BR /&gt;Willing to go to any length to get my phone unlocked.&lt;BR /&gt;Sony support, can you help me unlock my phone, what steps must i go through for you to help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any recollection of whether the phone was left in an encrypted state or not? I dunno whether under the GDPR privacy laws whether Sony support would be allowed to handle the data even under your own permission. I don't really know anything on the subject but if the device still manages to turn on somehow maybe there's tools around that could do something - not that I know the legal status of such things etc. (even for your own use on your own devices)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also - sorry to hear that &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.no/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
