Lock screen fix without losing data - highly willing to fix

So a long time ago my phone got run over by a car, unlucky for me.
Finally got it repaired, can't remember lock screen, the classic.

However in my case, I CANNOT lose my data.
Willing to send my phone to Sony itself
Willing to spend money
Willing to go to any length to get my phone unlocked.
Sony support, can you help me unlock my phone, what steps must i go through for you to help me with this?

Any recollection of whether the phone was left in an encrypted state or not? I dunno whether under the GDPR privacy laws whether Sony support would be allowed to handle the data even under your own permission. I don't really know anything on the subject but if the device still manages to turn on somehow maybe there's tools around that could do something - not that I know the legal status of such things etc. (even for your own use on your own devices)

Hi @marvoa, sorry to hear about this.

I'm afraid that we do not have any program or tool that allows you to remove a screen lock that you can't remember without deleting the data stored on the internal storage.

The only two options that we have is either to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion or erase the device remotely, using Google's service called Find My Device.

What kind of data do you need access to? If you have used the Google Photo backup, you can find your photos on the link below.

@swirlyhz, yeah GDPR surely doesn't help either, even if there was a possibility that I'm not aware off. I think the place to ask this may be over at the XDA forums.
