The headset&nbsp;is absolutely new and works well on Z3 (I've checked that in the shop - that's actually why the shop refused to take headset back, there seems to be no problem with the headphones).<BR />Also, I have another Sony headphones without noise cancelling option and they work well, both of them are working on my Z2.
