Why my Z2 doesn't work properly with my MDR-NC31EM anymore?

Only left headphone is working, right is silent. The headset is absolutely new and works well on Z3 (I've checked that in the shop - that's actually why the shop refused to take headset back, there seems to be no problem with the headphones).
Also, I have another Sony headphones without noise cancelling option and they work well, both of them are working on my Z2. Does that mean that it is a software or phone problem? what can I do about it?
I want to use digital noise cancelling so much, help me please!

The working ones are MDR-EX50LP. But phone works well with any headphones without noise cancelling option. And it is very weird that Z2 is not working with MDR-NC31EM anymore because this headset was as default when I bought Z2.
