This brand new phone plays music and text notification sounds, but in call it gets muted when I put it on loudspeaker. This is on normal SIM card calls as well as Facebook calls.</P><P>My phone is updated, I tried turning it off and on again. Is there a fix for this?</P><P>Are there any actual Sony phones that just work? This is getting ridiculous. I have had this phone for two days.</P><P>**EDIT** Ok, it is all external buttons.
