Bluetooth not working

1 week ago my phone battery goes fast to finish. I notice that bluetooth didn t work. then I format my phone with factory reset.Everything works fine. but today bluetooth doesn t work again.

Is WiFi working? does it work while in safe mode ?

wifi is working .I tried safe mod but nothing changed. I use "factory reset" again. it is working again. but I m sure that it won't work again in this week. it has an software bug.
