Xperia 1 Mk II camera not working

My phone that was gifted 2 months ago
Camera does not work.
i have this error every time i turn on camera.

There was a black line on the LED lamp.

The selfie camera is in the dust.

I can't find my invoice. The store I bought was closed.

Hi,

Indeed, strange this more light is needed to focus plus that the device seems to be overheated.

Does the selfie camera have the same problem?

Is the lens damaged?

Maybe you can start investigating a bit by yourself on the software side.

- Restart in Safe Mode and test

- Open the Support app on your Xperia 1 II and do tests and search there for trouble shooting as well.

If you cannot find a solution then come back and ask again or use the Support app to contact Sony Support and ask them for help.

Selfie camera good working but the lens is dusty.

My phone was not dropped and undamaged.

I started getting this error message while using it normally.

I made tests of the phone. I returned to factory settings but problem is the same again.

Go Support and ask for repair.

This is not a Xperia 1 MK II my display looks very different.

You can perform software repair by the Xperia companion on your device, if that didn't work , you should send your device for repair reporting for both rear and front cameras.
