Take the SD card out immediately to avoid the possibility of overwriting 'open' space to start with.

Try this software.

Take your time to learn it.

Read what you see and read again.

This software is IMO the best there is and it is open source.

I have taken some videos with my phone which are saved to a SD card, around 10-12 of them (each not more than 200mb), some are not nice so i deleted couple of them. Around 7-8 hours later, when i reviewed back those videos in google photo on phone, i realised i shall have keep those deleted files just in case, so i go to the bin folder and restored them all and the phone showed the word "restored". But when i go back to the camera folder, they are not all there, only 2 of the 6 restored while the remaining 4 are no where to be found. Lost in the abyss.

Since they are in the bin before so they are not backed up.

Can anyone help me, please.

I believe they go into a folder called "restored"

Search your image folders for this folder

Yes, I believe they are restored back to a folder in your files App. You can check all of the images on the device from there too.

You can also try signing into your Google account on the Photos app, but using a different device, and try restoring the files on the other device, to make sure you have a copy of it elsewhere.
