Wifi issue XA1

Having issues with my WiFi on some apps but not all. Working fine on 4G.

It seems to be apps that require media. BBC sounds podcast app and games.

Any advice?

Check if this issue is with the app or maybe the speed of the internet connection itself, you can do so by using said apps, with a different WiFi or maybe even hotspot.

Also could you tell what the issue is exactly, or does it just fail to load media?

It's more than one app and it does it at work too.

Hoping it's an update error and sort it self out. Don't think I'm that
luck.

Check if the Wi-Fi is allowed for these apps from Settings > Apps > Tap the mentioned apps > Data Usage, make sure that background data and Wi-Fi are allowed.

Seems to work now. Changed few settings in the apps but didn't seems to work. It seems to work after few days.
