My Album App can't start after I have the phone updated to Android 10.

Try this:

Goto settings->apps & notifications-> open the Album app->Storage & cache->clear cache & clear storage

It will build up the information again by itself.

BTW do you have an SD card inserted?

How is it behaving when you take the SD card out?

Cleaning cache did not work for me.
