    <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you have set all volume sliders to the max.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First try and see what is happening in safe mode.       <title>Xperia 1 No Sound</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;today i bought xperia 1 installed all updates but the phone doesn't sound. Dolby Atmos is not on when I go to setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cannot even call or pick up the phone. When I do it the phone freezes immediately. All Google Play apps that have something to do with audio will crash when they open.&lt;BR /&gt;Hearing aids also don't work.&lt;BR /&gt;The alarm clock just vibrates the rings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where could be the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
