I've been told that the sound on the other end is muffled. I.got to a point that I can be bearly heard. I've checked the microphone opening and it is clean. I've run the diagnose test and it passed. I just can't imagine that I cannot use the phone for it's primary purpose&nbsp; Please help folks with any ideas.
