    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've got a X performance still in warranty, showing signs of screen Burn in, as can be seen in the attached photo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="IMG_20190803_185927.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/53741i4B04FD17B5332D8B/image-size/large?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=999" title="IMG_20190803_185927.jpg" alt="IMG_20190803_185927.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've contacted Sony support twice, as a result of those contacts I sent the device in for repair, and both times the device was sent back without being repaired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not the kind of support I would expect from Sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there some way of being taken seriously by Sony&lt;/P&gt;</description>
