      <description>Had my xz for 1 month and suddenly the headphones have stopped working. When I plug them in the music keeps coming from the phone instead of the headset. The phone doesn't seem to recognise the headset. Any ideas why</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i clean the headphone jack with a toothpick, and took a dusty cotton ball out, like clothing pilling&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and fixed! &amp;nbsp;not very long time ago&lt;/P&gt;</description>
