Xperia XZ3 unable to upgrade to Android 10

Just received a brand new (sealed) boxed Sony Xperia XZ3 (Model H8416). It is currently on Android 9 Build number 52.0.A.1.215. However despite going into settings , system, Software update and System then refresh, it says "Your device already has the latest available system updates". I've had the phone for about a month with no sign of any update to Android 10. I have also tried the Xperia Companion but it says that everything is ok.

So basically how do I go about upgrading my XZ3 to Android 10.

Thanks for help but already tried using Xperia Companion and didn't work as I put in my original post. Any other ideas?

Thanks for that but again already tried every combination of using the Xperia Companion, even doing a manufactures reset on the phone, but still says that there is no update. I have also tried using different cables different computers and taking the SD Card out of the phone as well.

@BBC-Man In this case, maybe you need to contact the service center that repairs Xperia devices on 01233619320 to inspect your phone.
