Sony Xperia XZ1 G8342 airpods problems (glitches)

Hello guys.

I've bought a new AirPods (Apple) and connected to my Sony without any problems, but I am experiencing some issues like:

1. Sometimes it disconnects by itself (somebody calls when I am talking on "skype" or "google meet" application).

2. Sound is not stable: sometimes it is too low even when I press volume up. After the reconnect everything is ok. It is annoying.

Also it would be nice to have a feature to display the "charge status" (integrate into the Android and not to use third party application).
